750 Gallon Commerial Aquarium

Up for sale is a 750 gallon commercial acrylic/fiberglass aquarium with steel pedestal. This tank is heavy with over 1" acrylic walls. It was originally used at the aquarium in Corpus Christi. I've shown close up pictures of the worse blemishes that I believe can be polished out. On the bottom of the tank are two 2" threaded openings for drains. In the center is an approximately 4" opening. At the moment we are unable to fill the tank. The 4" opening on the bottom used to have a PVC pipe outlet that was broken when moved. To fix it properly a new pipe needs to be installed and fiberglassed in to make a permanent seal. This is a straightforward project, but we're leaving this to the buyer to avoid risking another break during shipping. This tank appears to be water tight as all seams are smooth and unbroken. It was holding water when it left the aquarium. Could also be used as a great terrarium. It is being sold as is with no refunds. Please ask all questions before bidding. We're listing this auction as pick up only, but we can arrange shipping with the buyer at their expense. A forklift is available to help load.
